**Catch is a 20,00 word story (about 80 pages). It should take most readers 1 or 2 hours to read.**
When eighteen-year-old Miranda chases a purse snatcher on the Las Vegas Strip, the last thing she expects is for the pursuit to turn into an extended game of hide-and-seek. All Miranda wants are the old black and white photographs buried at the bottom of her purse. They’re the only things she has left of the grandmother she never knew. But how much is she willing to put on the line to save them? And is it possible she’s falling in love with a thief?

While Catch is a novella it doesn't give a feeling of incompleteness. From beginning to end I was hooked. A fresh contemporary read that would be perfect for summer."If you look for excitement, you'll probably find trouble."
But maybe a little trouble would be worth it. Miranda is on her last family vacation before she heads off to college. Prompted by her mother, Miranda along with her fifteen-year-old sister Julie, set out to take photos in front of Vegas hotel signs just like their grandmother and her older sister did the first time they went to Vegas in 1967. All is well until a thief snatches Miranda's purse, inside of which is the stack of her grandmother's Vegas photos. So she gives chase. And then she loses sight of him. While sulking over a split hamburger and fries with Julie, Julie calls Miranda's phone on a whim. Amazingly, he answers. After telling her she can call him Ollie, he makes her a deal. If she can find him he'll give her one item from her purse of his choosing. Miranda just wants the photos though, and Ollie wants to save the best for last.

Catch edition by Michelle D Argyle Diane Dalton Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
This is a quick read but very cute I like it but I could have gone for a bit more info at the end but it did make me smile and shake my head a few times cute book I would buy it again
By the end of only 20,000 words, I had fallen in love with a purse thief named Ollie. Yep, it takes brilliant storytelling to do that. Once again a fantastic read by Michelle Argyle. LOVED it.
The premise is unique. The story is not boring. The characters are good. The outcome is different. But the chemistry is good and clean.
This is a fast-paced read, wholesome and refreshing.
It has an engaging storyline and well developed characters.
I loved the feel good ending too!
I liked the book. Simple english and nice story telling through proper sequence of events.
One can pick up this book and release a movie.
This was a cute and light little story. I enjoyed the whole purse thief who wants to play a cat and mouse game. Ollie is not what I thought, he was sweet and fun and really needed a friend. When he explains why he stole Miranda's purse it was not what I had expected but it was over the top drama either. This was sweet little book that was not full of drama and angst. Thank goodness.
Imagine being on vacation in Las Vegas, touring the city, and having your purse snatched. What would you do?
For Miranda, the answer was simple. She tried to chase down the snatcher. But that's just the beginning.
As I read CATCH, I kept telling Miranda her ideas were a bad thing, while at the same time urging her to make the choice I wouldn't just to see what would happen.
Ms. Argyle kept me turning pages, hoping things would turn out the way I wanted.
